Weird Jeff has been a staple of this restaurant since it’s inception. He is an unapologetic 69 year old virgin. He dedicates himself to the barfly life and third-wheeling Deb and Frank. He knows the story of Frank and Deb but is constantly drunk and an unreliable narrator. He has a massive unpaid tab of 25 years.
