Antoni has been for working for Frank for 10 years. He lives with his ancient Lolo, who taught him how to cook. He loves cooking for those he loves and enjoys putting his fresh spin on comfort dishes in the restaurant. He is a people pleaser. He dreams of being a Reality TV chef and social media famous. He dresses to impress for this very reason. He has a One-sided rivalry with Antoni from Queer Eye. His influences are Gordon Ramsay and Bretman Rock. He wants to make his Lolo proud and become a face for the queer filipino community.
Antoni insists on wearing all white or pale pink in the kitchen. “You don’t get sauce on you if you don’t f*ck up. I want our guests to know: I don’t. F*ck. Up.”
