Sebastian Sage
Sebastian Sage is a Calgary-born, Toronto-based, and reared actor. Recent credits include Macduff in Macbeth at the Stella Adler Studio, Happy from 4th Line Theatre’s debut of Bloom: A Rock ‘n’ Roll Fable, and Alistair in the web series Spell Bent.
A graduate of the Theatre Performance program at Montreal’s Concordia University and of the 3-Year Professional Conservatory at New York’s Stella Adler Studio of Acting, he first began to pursue acting at the age of eighteen. Prior to that, his principal artistic occupation was as a figurative painter – an avocation in which he still occasionally engrosses himself whenever he is in possession of paints, canvas, and inspiration.
He comes from a family of artists of all sorts, so it was naturally only ever a choice between which career in the arts he would pursue. He also has a background in music, having had lessons in piano, guitar, and operatic singing beginning at age seven. He is a music nerd with a particular affinity for 80’s Art Rock and Post Punk.
